if that doesn't work maybe try and set the run options to "-refresh 60" or "-refresh 120". Just run the base title that says "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2". By the way if you have Opposing fronts and Tales of Valor installed, all the content will still be in the base game. So trying running the game with the title "Company of Heroes" and maybe it will work. so if you have company of heroes and both dlc's than there should be, "Company of Heroes", "Company of Heroes Legacy Edition", "Company of Heroes Tales of Valor", and "Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts" in your library.
